Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Ability to perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel within and outside home state with overnight hotel stays
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Safety-first mentality when performing job duties in retail environment
Job Qualifications
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required
- Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight
Job Duties
- Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
- Build displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
- Travel regularly up to 50% or more of the time
- Interact with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing consistently
