Job Requirements
- be 18 years or older
- able to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- have reliable transportation
- willing to travel regularly including overnight stays
- demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- work with a safety-first mentality in retail environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service skills
- able to interact enthusiastically with customers and management
- motivated self-starter with strong bias for action
- able to work both independently and in a team
- familiarity with retail merchandising preferred but not required
Job Duties
- build displays and end caps
- reset shelves with product rotation
- track inventory to ensure sales opportunities
- provide in-store merchandising support
- travel regularly for work assignments
- interact with customers and retail management
- maintain safety standards in the retail environment
