Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in operations or route management
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to train and onboard employees
- Valid driver’s license
- Safe driving record
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time
- Ability to stay on the road or in various locations for extended periods
- Residency near Columbia, SC or proximity to a major airport

- Ability to train and onboard employees effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Traveling across the country to deliver exceptional service to clients
- Collecting multiple routes per day in different geographies
- Rolling out new communities including orientations, container deliveries and staffing
- Training and onboarding new employees including full-time managers
- Flying and driving to various markets frequently
