Job Requirements
- 2-3+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- current ServSafe certification
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- ability to travel 80-90% of the time
- strong communication skills
- excellent time management

- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- tech-comfortable with hospitality systems and reporting tools

Job Duties
- Lead brand standards: recipe adherence, line checks, temp logs, prep, organization, and cleanliness across all kitchens
- Coach and develop Kitchen Leaders & BOH teams with clear feedback, action plans, and follow-through
- Drive results: partner with Ops/Finance on food & labor targets, inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and consistent cost controls (COGS, labor)
- Execute openings/rollouts: launch new menus and systems
- ensure tools (recipe books, utensils, order guides) are current and used correctly
- Food safety & compliance: conduct culinary walk-throughs
- confirm ServSafe, health-code compliance, and uniform standards
- Communication rhythm: join leadership calls, review daily notes and pulse audits
- support P&L reviews and staffing accountability
- Vendor & supply integrity: confirm order guides (e.g., Sysco) and substitutions align to brand standards and availability
