Job Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of restaurant leadership experience
  • current ServSafe certification
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to travel 80-90% of the time
  • strong communication skills
  • excellent time management
  • attention to detail
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • tech-comfortable with hospitality systems and reporting tools

Job Duties

  • Lead brand standards: recipe adherence, line checks, temp logs, prep, organization, and cleanliness across all kitchens
  • Coach and develop Kitchen Leaders & BOH teams with clear feedback, action plans, and follow-through
  • Drive results: partner with Ops/Finance on food & labor targets, inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and consistent cost controls (COGS, labor)
  • Execute openings/rollouts: launch new menus and systems
  • ensure tools (recipe books, utensils, order guides) are current and used correctly
  • Food safety & compliance: conduct culinary walk-throughs
  • confirm ServSafe, health-code compliance, and uniform standards
  • Communication rhythm: join leadership calls, review daily notes and pulse audits
  • support P&L reviews and staffing accountability
  • Vendor & supply integrity: confirm order guides (e.g., Sysco) and substitutions align to brand standards and availability
