Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer-facing or transferable experience
- Clear and effective communication skills that build strong trust-based relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service-driven environment
- Understanding of financial products and services is preferred
- Sales and cross-selling experience is highly desirable
- Flexibility to travel between Financial Centers and work varied hours based on operational needs
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Maintain active auto insurance that meets or exceeds state minimum liability coverage

Job Duties
- Serve as a trusted advisor for members' financial needs offering solutions handling transactions and building meaningful relationships
- Open new accounts assist with account updates and support lending opportunities
- Cross-sell Clearview's full range of products using digital tools to match members' needs
- Educate members on self-service options such as a self-service kiosk or digital banking station ATM and automated phone service
- Provide accurate rate quotes and product information
- Resolve member concerns efficiently and professionally
- Support Clearview's presence at community and charity events
- Stay current on financial products promotions and policies
- Participate in training team initiatives and ongoing professional development
