Job Duties
- Lead culinary and operational excellence across multiple locations
- Inspire and nurture kitchen teams to foster a positive and innovative culture
- Provide hands-on support during meal preparation and service
- Oversee kitchen operations ensuring seamless front-of-house and back-of-house integration
- Collaborate with management to drive business performance including budget and labor management
- Adapt culinary approaches to suit different concepts and local ingredients
