Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution per USDA guidelines
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in K-12/Student Nutrition environment preferred
- Proven multi-unit/multi-site leadership experience in contract food management or large scale food service operations
- Strong financial acumen with profit and loss experience across multiple units
- Ability to demonstrate Aramark's value to clients, customers, and employees
- Leadership capability to manage large teams and deliver exceptional experiences
- Focus on growth of new business and retention of current business
Job Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience of 5-10 years including profit and loss responsibility in food and beverage industries
- Demonstrated leadership skills with broad knowledge of management practices and business judgement
- Ability to hire, assess, develop, and grow talent
- Strong communication and teamwork skills across all organizational levels
- Experience leading through change and turnaround initiatives
- Advanced degree in business or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Provide overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units within a large district
- Execute food and nutrition programs in K-12 school districts focusing on growth, cost, and productivity
- Lead large teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence
- Establish ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance of multiple accounts
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees, fostering a motivated workforce
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across all operations
- Manage client relationships, facilitate new business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction
