Job Requirements

valid driver license
willingness to travel extensively
ability to work flexible hours and multi-task
experience in higher education or correctional facility food service management
located within the company’s operational states
ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

multi-unit management experience
knowledge of staffing and scheduling
experience with ordering and inventory control
strong leadership and organizational skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office
excellent oral and written communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams

Job Duties

travel to multiple company locations
provide hands-on support including cooking and cleaning
train and develop managers and hourly staff
cover management gaps during absences
