Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven bartending experience in a hospitality or event setting
  • TABC or local equivalent certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills

  • TABC (or local equivalent) certification required
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
  • Strong knowledge of drink recipes, techniques, and service etiquette
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and a team-player attitude

Job Duties

  • Travel to different event sites to set up and operate portable bar stations
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Handle cash, credit transactions, and maintain accurate tabs when required
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act responsibly in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Set up, clean, and break down bar areas before and after each event
  • Maintain inventory control and report shortages or issues to management
  • Comply with all local, state, and company policies regarding alcohol service
  • Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience
