Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Physically able to climb ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and similar structures following OSHA guidelines
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to work swing shifts
- Must be able to work independently and follow instructions
- Must be able to operate software and digital equipment
- Must be willing to work inside and outside conditions
Job Qualifications
- Experience with Matterport or Leica BLK360 camera equipment
- Strong verbal and basic written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to use basic tools such as screwdriver, hammer, measuring tape, laser measure, and door stops
- Proficiency with software, computers, phones, iPads, and relevant applications
- Physically capable of climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to walk at a fast pace
- Flexibility to work swing shifts
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Positive interaction skills with leadership
Job Duties
- Capture existing conditions using 3D laser scanning, structure inspection, GPS, laser and hand measurement, 360-degree photography, plan notation, and HD photography
- Review and manage project scope to meet client goals
- Prepare travel arrangements and equipment for projects
- Meet with clients to review project and establish expectations
- Document project progress and communicate with team for clarity and task redirection
- Manage and document pictures and video scans in accordance with project scope
- Review recordings to ensure accuracy for office processing
