Job Requirements

  • Registered nurse license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in PCU or med surg nursing
  • Availability to start on 03/23/2026
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts
  • Willingness to work a 13-week travel assignment
  • Flexibility to relocate to Springdale, Arkansas
  • Must comply with Host Healthcare policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Valid registered nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in progressive care unit or med surg nursing
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification
  • Attention to detail and patient-centered mindset

Job Duties

  • Provide patient care in the progressive care unit
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Document patient information accurately
  • Educate patients and families about care and recovery
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
