Job Requirements
- Registered nurse license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year experience in PCU or med surg nursing
- Availability to start on 03/23/2026
- Ability to work 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts
- Willingness to work a 13-week travel assignment
- Flexibility to relocate to Springdale, Arkansas
- Must comply with Host Healthcare policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license
- Experience in progressive care unit or med surg nursing
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Attention to detail and patient-centered mindset
Job Duties
- Provide patient care in the progressive care unit
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient information accurately
- Educate patients and families about care and recovery
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
