- should be able to handle travel booking transaction including airline tickets hotels travel insurance and tours
- knowledge in Amadeus reservation and ticketing platform
- at least one year of work experience in travel industry travel agency hotel airport car rentals
- must possess good English and Tagalog communication and customer relations skills
- must be willing to work on weekends

- ensure availability of service support and dedication of the company
- provide necessary reports such as ticketed summary daily sales report incentive log sub agent commission
- follow the Quality Control checklist
- maintain good customer relations through effective communication
- work collaboratively with team members to meet company goals
- stay updated with industry trends and reservation system updates
