- ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- proficiency with standard office tools and online travel platforms

Job Duties
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements based on program requirements and client-specific guidelines
- review travel needs and present compliant options for approval prior to booking
- finalize air, hotel, and ground transportation reservations using internal booking systems
- communicate directly with speakers, providing clear confirmations and a single, concise itinerary summary
- monitor travel plans and proactively address changes, delays, or exceptions
- manage escalations when policy deviations are required and ensure timely resolution
- support multiple clients and programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- maintain detailed documentation of travel activity and communications
- partner with senior planners to learn processes and contribute to operational efficiency
