- Solid knowledge of the travel industry and trends

- Professional and clear communicator with customers
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient with internet research and computer software applications
- Skilled in proper note-taking and record keeping
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage a private member travel base with professionalism
- Provide clients with cost-effective, tailored travel solutions, maximizing upsell opportunities
- Consistently achieve monthly sales revenue targets and goals
- Collaborate closely with management to ensure customer satisfaction and meet travel needs
- Adhere strictly to all company and departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate, detailed notes and client records in Salesforce
