Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of strong travel sales experience
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

  • Cruise industry experience is a significant plus
  • Solid knowledge of the travel industry and trends
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Proven ability to work as a team player and motivator
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven
  • Professional and clear communicator with customers
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient with internet research and computer software applications
  • Skilled in proper note-taking and record keeping
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage a private member travel base with professionalism
  • Provide clients with cost-effective, tailored travel solutions, maximizing upsell opportunities
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales revenue targets and goals
  • Collaborate closely with management to ensure customer satisfaction and meet travel needs
  • Adhere strictly to all company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate, detailed notes and client records in Salesforce
