Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write and speak English language
- Physically capable of standing for long hours
- Pass background check
- Must be able to pass a Class C operator certification

- Good product knowledge development
- Experience with cash handling and point of sale systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and cooperative communication skills
- Understanding of health and safety practices
Job Duties
- Greet every customer in a quick and courteous manner
- Provide a pleasant shopping experience for all customers and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
- Handle customer complaints according to company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and provide product recommendations
- Process customer sales accurately and efficiently using point of sale equipment
- Perform till balancing at the start and end of each shift
- Receive and stock merchandise following company policy and FIFO system
- Ensure stock is faced up, clean and presentable
- Remove and record damaged or out of date stock
- Maintain store security and follow loss prevention techniques
- Clean store areas including floors, walls, counters, tables and service equipment
- Work effectively with team members and assist new associates
- Comply with occupational health and safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
