Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to read, write and speak English language
- physically capable of standing for long hours
- pass background check
- must be able to pass a 'Class C' operator certification

Job Duties
- Greet every customer in a quick and courteous manner
- provide a pleasant shopping experience and respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion
- handle customer complaints according to company policies and procedures
- develop and maintain product knowledge and provide customers with product recommendations
- operate point of sale equipment and process customer sales accurately and efficiently
- perform till balancing at the start and end of each shift
- receive and stock all merchandise following company policy and apply first in first out system
- ensure stock is faced up, clean and presentable
- remove and record damaged or out of date stock following company procedures
- maintain store security to minimize loss and follow policy for end of day closures
- maintain cleanliness standards including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms and parking lot
- work effectively with team members and communicate issues to general manager
- perform all duties in a safe manner complying with health and safety policies
