Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- physically capable of standing for long hours
- ability to read, write and speak English
- pass background check
- obtain Class C operator certification
- reliable and self motivated
- able to work flexible hours
- positive attitude towards customer service
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- basic knowledge of point of sale systems
- strong verbal communication skills
- customer service experience preferred
- familiarity with stock control and inventory procedures

Job Duties
- Greet every customer in a quick and courteous manner
- provide a pleasant shopping experience and respond to customer inquiries promptly
- handle customer complaints according to company policies
- maintain and develop product knowledge to offer recommendations
- operate point of sale equipment and process sales transactions accurately
- balance cash till at start and end of each shift
- receive, stock, and organize merchandise following FIFO system
- remove and record damaged or expired stock
- maintain cleanliness of store and customer service areas
- apply loss prevention and security procedures to safeguard premises
- communicate effectively and assist team members
- comply with occupational health and safety guidelines
