Job Requirements

  • current state license for physical therapy assistant
  • associate’s degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program
  • minimum one year of experience in physical therapy assisting
  • passed the NPTE for physical therapy assistants
  • willingness to work 40 hours per week on travel assignment
  • ability to comply with client facility requirements
  • reliable transportation and travel readiness

Job Qualifications

  • current state license for physical therapy assistant
  • minimum one year of experience as a physical therapy assistant
  • passing score on the NPTE for physical therapy assistants
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team setting

Job Duties

  • assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans
  • support patients with therapeutic exercises and modalities
  • monitor and document patient progress
  • maintain a safe and clean treatment environment
  • collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care
  • educate patients and families on therapy techniques
  • adhere to facility policies and safety protocols
