Job Requirements

  • Valid Washington state physical therapy license
  • Completion of accredited physical therapy program
  • Minimum of 1 year orthopedic outpatient experience preferred
  • Ability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment
  • Availability to work four 10-hour day shifts per week
  • Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Reliable transportation and ability to relocate temporarily
  • Compliance with all healthcare regulations and immunizations

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed physical therapist in Washington state
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and documentation practices
  • New graduates with relevant orthopedic clinical experience are welcome
  • Basic proficiency in healthcare technology and electronic medical records

Job Duties

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment to outpatient orthopedic patients
  • Assess patient physical abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
