Job Requirements

  • Education in relevant field preferred
  • Prior experience in travel operations management
  • Demonstrable knowledge of media and entertainment travel demands
  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS system
  • Experience with contract and vendor negotiations
  • Ability to collaborate across functions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Adaptability in dynamic work environments

Job Qualifications

  • Prior operations management experience in travel and media and entertainment industries
  • Experience managing entertainment and VIP clients
  • Strong knowledge of Sabre GDS
  • Expertise in contract negotiations, payment solutions, and supplier sourcing
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and global or large market clients
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proven leadership ability with teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Capacity to work well under pressure and adapt to changing scenarios

Job Duties

  • Manage a global operations team focusing on travel aspects
  • Provide direction on best operational practices within media, entertainment, and travel industries
  • Act as liaison among clients, travelers, and suppliers with strong communication and problem-solving
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships and handle escalation of vendor concerns
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships across organizational levels
  • Communicate travel initiatives, category results, and program or industry updates
  • Ensure operational goals are met and drive continuous improvement efforts
