Job Requirements
- Valid California RN license
- Experience as a transplant coordinator
- Strong kidney transplant experience preferred
- Prior nurse manager experience preferred
- Proficiency in writing policies and procedures
- Ability to map and document clinical workflows
- Background in transplant quality or performance improvement
- Available to work 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts
- Availability to start March 23, 2026
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment
Job Qualifications
- California RN License
- Transplant coordinator experience
- Kidney transplant experience strongly preferred
- Nurse manager experience strongly preferred
- Experience writing policies and procedures
- Experience mapping workflows and processes
- Transplant quality or performance improvement experience strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Process and workflow documentation
- Policy and procedure writing
- Review of workflows for optimization opportunities
- Implementation and training on new or revised workflows
- Oversight of kidney transplant process optimization
- Conducting staff training on workflow updates
- Monitoring transplant quality and performance improvement
