Job Requirements

  • Active RN license or certification in California
  • At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience within the past 18 months
  • Willingness to work night shifts comprising 3 days of 12-hour shifts
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings and teams
  • Professionalism and commitment to high-quality patient care
  • Traveler’s mindset with flexibility and readiness to travel

Job Qualifications

  • Active nursing license in California
  • Minimum of one year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

  • Provide direct patient care in the intensive care unit
  • Monitor and assess critically ill patients' conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies
