Job Requirements
- Active RN license or certification in California
- At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience within the past 18 months
- Willingness to work night shifts comprising 3 days of 12-hour shifts
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings and teams
- Professionalism and commitment to high-quality patient care
- Traveler’s mindset with flexibility and readiness to travel
Job Qualifications
- Active nursing license in California
- Minimum of one year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Provide direct patient care in the intensive care unit
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients' conditions
