- rn licensure
- bsl-aha certification
- two or more years of clinical experience
- one year acute care experience preferred
- social security number required
- date of birth required
- eligibility to work as a travel nurse
- willing to start on march 16, 2026
- able to work 40 hours per week on day shifts
- able to perform case management duties
Job Qualifications
- registered nurse licensure
- certification in case management preferred
- basic life support (bls) certification
- compact rn license accepted
- two or more years of clinical experience
- at least one year in acute care setting
Job Duties
- assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- coordinate and monitor patient care services
- facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
- manage healthcare resources and insurance authorizations
- provide education and support to patients and families
- document patient progress and care activities accurately
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
