Job Requirements
- Active FL or Compact RN license required
- minimum two years labor and delivery experience
- nursery newborn transition experience
- immediate fetal heart monitoring experience
- current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- valid driver’s license and Social Security card
- nicotine-free status with negative drug screen
- white scrubs required
- ability to float across three hospitals
- ability to complete onboarding modules promptly
Job Qualifications
- Registered nurse with active FL or Compact RN license
- minimum two years of labor and delivery experience
- nursery and newborn transition experience
- current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- preferred EFM certification
- obstetrics and mother-baby postpartum experience preferred
- two professional references
Job Duties
- Provide labor and delivery nursing care
- monitor fetal heart rates immediately
- assist with mother-baby postpartum care
- manage newborn nursery and transition cases
- float across three affiliated hospitals
- chart patient information in Epic
- comply with nicotine-free facility rules
