Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury hotel sales preferred
  • Demonstrated proven sales record
  • College degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Ability to work full time on site
  • US work authorization required unless currently a Four Seasons manager
  • Eligible candidates may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Luxury hotel sales experience preferred
  • Proven sales track record a plus
  • College degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
  • Additional languages a plus

Job Duties

  • Identify and target customers from assigned market that will generate business on behalf of hotel
  • Negotiate, draft, generate and confirm/sign contracts that ensure hotel budget and revenue targets are achieved
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals by implementing a territory business development strategy including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment
  • Maintain thorough and complete product knowledge of resort and offerings including food and beverage, spa and recreation
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of comp set's features, advantages, and benefits
  • Establish and maintain strong Golden Sales and Catering hygiene including account creation, account traces, contact information, client email lists, bookings, etc. in accordance with Four Seasons standards
  • Produce and execute quarterly and annual action plans
