Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a registered nurse
  • At least 2 years of ICU experience
  • Valid registered nurse (RN) license
  • Willingness to obtain Tennessee licensure
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
  • Availability for a 13-week contract duration
  • Commitment to patient-centered care

Job Qualifications

  • Valid registered nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
  • Strong clinical skills in critical care nursing
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to obtain Tennessee nursing licensure
  • Knowledge of patient monitoring and medical documentation

Job Duties

  • Deliver specialized care to patients across a variety of acute and subacute units
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and compassionate care
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments and document outcomes
  • Advocate for the best possible patient experience while supporting recovery, safety, and continuity of care
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and reports
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
