Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a registered nurse
- At least 2 years of ICU experience
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee licensure
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Availability for a 13-week contract duration
- Commitment to patient-centered care

Job Duties
- Deliver specialized care to patients across a variety of acute and subacute units
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and compassionate care
- Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments and document outcomes
- Advocate for the best possible patient experience while supporting recovery, safety, and continuity of care
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and adjust care plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and reports
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
