Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid RN license
- minimum of one year of home health nursing experience
- ability to start on 03/09/2026
- availability for 40 hours per week
- ability to work 9-hour day shifts
- readiness to travel and relocate as required
- must comply with Host Healthcare travel employment policies
Job Qualifications
- Current RN license in the relevant state
- experience in home health nursing
- strong clinical assessment skills
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in electronic health records
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Job Duties
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- assess patient health status and develop appropriate care plans
- administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- monitor patient progress and document all nursing activities
- educate patients and families on health management
- coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
- maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
