- willingness to travel extensively and work overnight hours
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Job Qualifications
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight from 9 PM to 6 AM
- comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 20 feet
- ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs
- experience using basic hand and power tools
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- possession of a personal cell phone and valid email address
- professional appearance and demeanor
- wearing appropriate work footwear on job sites
Job Duties
- Perform very physical construction work
- work overnight shifts installing racking in big box retail stores
- remove and replace damaged steel racking including cantilever towers
- build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- update signage and shelf conditions
- engage in considerable physical activity lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
