Job Requirements

  • FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate required or in progress
  • 2-3 years of experience in flight coordination dispatch or aviation operations
  • Proven knowledge of FAA Part 91 and 135 regulations and safety protocols
  • Experience with third-party charter vendors
  • Proficiency in aviation scheduling software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with rotating schedules and after-hours availability

Job Qualifications

  • FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate required or in progress
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in flight coordination dispatch or aviation operations
  • Proven understanding of FAA Part 91 and 135 regulations and aviation safety protocols
  • Experience working with or managing third-party charter vendors
  • Proficiency in aviation scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-stakes environment with rotating schedule and after-hours support
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control for private flights preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with C-suite executives and monitor all aspects of corporate flight operations including scheduling and aircraft readiness
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations Part 91 and 135 company policies and safety standards
  • Analyze and interpret meteorological data NOTAMs and flight plans to support safe standards
  • Assess flight requirements such as passenger capacity range and amenities to select the appropriate aircraft
  • Liaise with aircraft operators charter companies and service providers to negotiate contracts obtain quotes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Monitor aircraft maintenance schedules and coordinate inspections and repairs
  • Serve as main point of contact with travel liaison or executive staff providing flight itineraries updates and addressing inquiries
  • Develop and handle budgets for private flights tracking expenses and optimizing costs
  • Develop internal contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances coordinating alternative arrangements and communicating changes
  • Ensure accurate records of flight details passenger information and other data and generate reports to identify improvements
  • Collaborate with executive assistants travel team and security personnel to coordinate flight arrangements with health customs and security protocols
  • Stay updated on industry trends new technologies and processes related to private aviation to enhance efficiency and customer experience
