Job Requirements

  • Experience in a sales support or operational role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with travel industry software or similar technology
  • Willingness to learn and attend training sessions
  • Based in or willing to work in New York City office

  • Demonstrable attention to detail and ownership of accuracy
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Interest in luxury service and understanding guest expectations
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Genuine passion for luxury travel preferred

Job Duties

  • Dovetail operational requirements with travel consultant sales responsibilities to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Adhere diligently to operational processes and escalate issues when not followed
  • Confirm all holiday arrangements, supplier bookings, and invoices are correct
  • Complete guest documentation to the highest standard
  • Spot discrepancies and areas for possible error as a second pair of eyes
  • Obtain and record required information from guests on behalf of travel consultants
  • Prepare and send guest documentation electronically and via the Scott Dunn app in a timely manner
  • Process refunds and cancellations promptly
  • Process flight tickets accurately
  • Attend supplier meetings and training to stay informed about offered destinations
