Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Proficiency with travel industry software and documentation processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Willingness to attend supplier training sessions
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Align operational requirements with travel consultants’ sales responsibilities
  • Diligently adhere to operational processes and escalate issues
  • Confirm holiday arrangements, supplier bookings, and invoices are accurate
  • Ensure guest documentation is prepared to the highest standard
  • Identify discrepancies and potential errors
  • Obtain and record necessary guest information
  • Prepare and send guest documentation via electronic means and company app
  • Process refunds and cancellations promptly
  • Manage flight ticket processing
  • Attend supplier meetings and training to deepen destination knowledge
