Job Requirements

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year travel experience with children
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Paycom, and Electronic Case Management
  • Valid Texas Drivers License
  • Tuberculosis screening record
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting and multitasking
  • Availability for flexible and on-call work hours
  • Commitment to organizational policies and child safety

Job Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Clean driving record required

  • Ability to read and interpret business documents
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Paycom, and Electronic Case Management software
  • Valid Texas Drivers License
  • Record of tuberculosis screening
  • Ability to multitask and supervise multiple children
  • Strong decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain a flexible work schedule
  • Obtain and possess a valid drivers license
  • Operate various passenger vehicles
  • Be on-call including holidays and weekends
  • Follow social media policies while on travel
  • Submit paperwork on time with necessary signatures
  • Communicate immediately with Lead Travel Escort for unexpected circumstances
  • Report vehicle issues promptly
  • Log information accurately and in English
  • Learn and use proper child safety seat protocols
  • Direct media inquiries appropriately
  • Recognize missing reunification documents
  • Ensure children are never left unsupervised
  • Perform other assigned duties
