Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Possess a clean driving record
- Minimum GED or high school diploma
- At least 1 year of travel experience with children
- Ability to maintain flexible work schedule and be on-call including holidays and weekends
- Valid Texas Drivers License with an excellent driving record
- Must pass tuberculosis screening showing employee is free of contagious TB
- Capable of operating passenger vehicles including cars and various sizes of vans
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must not leave children unsupervised at any time
- Ability to submit paperwork and obtain necessary signatures punctually
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of at least 1 year of travel experience with children
- Ability to read and interpret business documents and governmental regulations
- Skilled in writing reports and business correspondence
- Able to effectively communicate with managers, clients, and the public
- Proficient with mathematical concepts including probability and statistics
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Paycom, and Electronic Case Management software
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Current tuberculosis screening showing freedom from contagious TB
Job Duties
- Maintain a flexible work schedule due to unpredictable hours during flights and emergencies
- Possess or obtain a valid driver\'s license
- Operate various passenger vehicles including cars and vans
- Be available on-call including holidays, weekends, and days off
- Adhere strictly to program\'s social media policies while supervising children
- Submit all necessary paperwork and obtain sponsor signatures on time
- Communicate promptly with Lead Travel Escort regarding any unexpected issues
- Report vehicle maintenance concerns immediately
- Accurately log observations and child\'s statements in English
- Learn and apply proper use of booster and car seats for children
- Direct media and news personnel to appropriate contacts
- Verify all essential documents for reunification
- Ensure children are never left unsupervised or unattended
- Perform other duties as assigned
