Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in corporate travel coordination
- Proficiency with travel booking systems and office software
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Willingness to work in-person at company location
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- Experience booking corporate travel and negotiating with vendors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficient in typing and 10-key calculator use
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with accounting principles and reconciliation
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
Job Duties
- Book travel arrangements for employees including airfare, lodging, and car rentals
- Research cost-effective travel options and apply travel rewards programs
- Maintain detailed travel logs and communicate itineraries promptly
- Track receipts and reconcile travel credit card statements regularly
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
- Assist with travel-related expense reporting and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures
