Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of experience booking airline, car, and hotel travel for individuals and groups
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage documentation and perform financial reconciliations
  • Strong administrative, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Capacity to multitask effectively
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of experience booking air, car, and hotel travel for individuals and groups
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detailed knowledge of Worldspan or similar airline GDS system preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including airline, hotel, and vehicle reservations in compliance with association policies and regulations
  • Submit weekly ARC travel reports
  • Perform monthly credit card reconciliations related to travel expenses
  • Manage documentation and administrative duties for the in-house travel department (CTD)
  • Provide excellent customer service to diverse individuals including athletic teams and staff
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Adapt to non-standard work schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
