Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of experience booking airline, car, and hotel travel for individuals and groups
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage documentation and perform financial reconciliations
- Strong administrative, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Capacity to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of experience booking air, car, and hotel travel for individuals and groups
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailed knowledge of Worldspan or similar airline GDS system preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate travel arrangements including airline, hotel, and vehicle reservations in compliance with association policies and regulations
- Submit weekly ARC travel reports
- Perform monthly credit card reconciliations related to travel expenses
- Manage documentation and administrative duties for the in-house travel department (CTD)
- Provide excellent customer service to diverse individuals including athletic teams and staff
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Adapt to non-standard work schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
