Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of travel coordination experience in federal contracting or government environment
- knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), and FAR-compliant travel processes
- familiarity with government travel systems such as DTS, ConcurGov, E2
- valid US driver’s license
- valid US Passport preferred
- ability to obtain Secret security clearance preferred
- US citizenship required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in travel coordination within a federal contracting or government environment
- working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), and FAR-compliant travel processes
- familiarity with government travel systems such as DTS, ConcurGov, E2
- working knowledge of GSA based Travel Authorization Processes
- 1-2 years experience in program analyst or administrative support roles
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- experience supporting federal programs or working within a project management office (PMO)
- familiarity with SharePoint and Monday.com collaboration tools
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of domestic and international travel for Enterprise Teammates in compliance with FAR, JTR, and agency-specific policies
- prepare and review travel authorizations, vouchers, and reimbursement packages
- coordinate with travelers, leadership, and finance teams to ensure timely approvals and proper documentation
- maintain accurate travel records and generate travel reports for audits and management review
- use federal travel systems such as DTS, ConcurGov, E2 Solutions, D365 to process travel requests and expense claims
- monitor travel budgets, flag discrepancies, and work closely with finance to ensure compliance and cost control
