Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of travel coordination experience in federal contracting or government environment
  • knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), and FAR-compliant travel processes
  • familiarity with government travel systems such as DTS, ConcurGov, E2
  • valid US driver’s license
  • valid US Passport preferred
  • ability to obtain Secret security clearance preferred
  • US citizenship required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in travel coordination within a federal contracting or government environment
  • working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), and FAR-compliant travel processes
  • familiarity with government travel systems such as DTS, ConcurGov, E2
  • working knowledge of GSA based Travel Authorization Processes
  • 1-2 years experience in program analyst or administrative support roles
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • experience supporting federal programs or working within a project management office (PMO)
  • familiarity with SharePoint and Monday.com collaboration tools

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of domestic and international travel for Enterprise Teammates in compliance with FAR, JTR, and agency-specific policies
  • prepare and review travel authorizations, vouchers, and reimbursement packages
  • coordinate with travelers, leadership, and finance teams to ensure timely approvals and proper documentation
  • maintain accurate travel records and generate travel reports for audits and management review
  • use federal travel systems such as DTS, ConcurGov, E2 Solutions, D365 to process travel requests and expense claims
  • monitor travel budgets, flag discrepancies, and work closely with finance to ensure compliance and cost control
