Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in travel coordination within a federal contracting or government environment
  • Working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), JTR, and FAR-compliant travel processes
  • Working knowledge of GSA based Travel Authorization Processes
  • Familiarity with government travel systems such as DTS, ConcurGov, and E2
  • 1-2 years of experience in a program analyst or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting federal programs or working within a PMO
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Monday.com and other collaboration tools
  • Must possess a valid US driver’s license
  • A valid US Passport preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of domestic and international travel for Enterprise Teammates in compliance with FAR, JTR, and agency-specific policies
  • Prepare and review travel authorizations, vouchers, and reimbursement packages
  • Coordinate with travelers, leadership, and finance teams to ensure timely approvals and proper documentation
  • Maintain accurate travel records and generate travel reports for audits and management review
  • Use federal travel systems such as DTS, ConcurGov, E2 Solutions, and D365 to process travel requests and expense claims
  • Monitor travel budgets, flag discrepancies, and work closely with finance to ensure compliance and cost control
