Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in travel coordination within a federal contracting or government environment
- Working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), JTR, and FAR-compliant travel processes
- Working knowledge of GSA based Travel Authorization Processes
- Familiarity with government travel systems such as DTS, ConcurGov, and E2
- 1-2 years of experience in a program analyst or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting federal programs or working within a PMO
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Monday.com and other collaboration tools
- Must possess a valid US driver’s license
- A valid US Passport preferred

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of domestic and international travel for Enterprise Teammates in compliance with FAR, JTR, and agency-specific policies
- Prepare and review travel authorizations, vouchers, and reimbursement packages
- Coordinate with travelers, leadership, and finance teams to ensure timely approvals and proper documentation
- Maintain accurate travel records and generate travel reports for audits and management review
- Use federal travel systems such as DTS, ConcurGov, E2 Solutions, and D365 to process travel requests and expense claims
- Monitor travel budgets, flag discrepancies, and work closely with finance to ensure compliance and cost control
