Job Requirements
- Must possess a TS/SCI with Poly level clearance
- Must have a minimum of three years experience providing travel coordination
- Ability to arrange complex travel itineraries
- Knowledge of USG travel policy compliance
- Capacity to negotiate contracts
- Skilled in coordination of accommodations and transportation scheduling
- Ability to operate government vehicles safely
- Must be located OCONUS and available for 100 percent onsite work
Job Qualifications
- Three years of experience in travel coordination
- Experience working in OCONUS travel environments
- Familiarity with USG travel rules, regulations, policies and entitlements
- Ability to negotiate travel contracts and secure cost-effective arrangements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in managing complex itineraries
- Ability to operate USG vehicles
- Valid security clearance at the TS/SCI with Poly level
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Job Duties
- Arranging travel for customers and employees including booking flights and accommodations
- Negotiating contracts with travel service providers to secure best rates and amenities
- Managing itineraries ensuring all travel details align with customer requirements and communicating plans with travelers
- Monitoring travel policy compliance and addressing any issues
- Advising staff and contractors on authorized travel routes and approved modes based on USG travel rules and policies
- Coordinating scheduling of hotel or base housing accommodations
- Coordinating vehicles and scheduling pick-up and drop-off times
- Operating USG vehicles including large carpool vans and buses
- Meeting and assisting USG officers upon arrival
- Assisting in processing travel documentation such as passports, visas, and other clearances
- Performing related administrative functions
