Job Requirements

  • ts/sci full scope poly security clearance
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a travel agent desired
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience desired
  • strong knowledge of the airline travel system
  • proven experience planning and booking international travel
  • strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • superior customer service skills

Job Duties

  • assisting new employees with travel to the Middle East
  • understanding client’s travel requirements and making appropriate travel recommendations
  • booking domestic and international travel arrangements as needed
  • perform travel expense reconciliations
  • prepare employee expense reports for reimbursements of travel costs
  • providing excellent customer service and follow-up
  • limited office administrative duties such as ordering of materials and supplies, facilitating office related invoice payments, and interface with landlord for facility related needs
