We are currently seeking experienced cooks who are adept at working in dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environments and are willing to engage in 100 percent out-of-state travel assignments. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a cook in hotel or casino kitchens
- availability to travel 100 percent out of state
- willingness to participate in six-week rotation assignments
- ability to live in employee housing during assignments
- familiarity with safe kitchen practices
- physical ability to handle kitchen duties including standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- help with catering events and special functions as needed
- maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment
- set up, stock, and break down assigned stations
- use knowledge of common allergies and dietary restrictions to ensure food safety for guests when noted on tickets
- avoid food waste by observing food storage time and temperature standards
- complete assigned daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
- execute safe knife handling skills and safe use of all kitchen equipment
