Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to operate store-related technology and equipment
  • Ability to pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful background check

Job Duties

  • Supervise store employees and oversee daily store operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and support a customer-focused culture
  • Assist managers in maintaining the facility and executing store tasks
  • Handle store equipment such as calculators and computers proficiently
  • Work collaboratively with team members, including hourly employees, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Manage flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain a safe and well-organized work environment
