Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate store-related technology and equipment
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Successful background check
Job Duties
- Supervise store employees and oversee daily store operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and support a customer-focused culture
- Assist managers in maintaining the facility and executing store tasks
- Handle store equipment such as calculators and computers proficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members, including hourly employees, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Manage flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a safe and well-organized work environment
