Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail experience preferred
- strong communication and leadership skills
- proficiency in basic computer operations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and self-motivated
- pass background check

- previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- supervise employees and general store operations
- ensure customer service excellence and respond to customer needs
- assist managers with various tasks to maintain facility operations
- ensure the store is well-maintained and running smoothly
- promote a customer-focused culture
- oversee inventory and retail operations
- maintain communication with team members, vendors, and corporate representatives
