Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail experience preferred
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • proficiency in basic computer operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable and self-motivated
  • pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • background check required

Job Duties

  • supervise employees and general store operations
  • ensure customer service excellence and respond to customer needs
  • assist managers with various tasks to maintain facility operations
  • ensure the store is well-maintained and running smoothly
  • promote a customer-focused culture
  • oversee inventory and retail operations
  • maintain communication with team members, vendors, and corporate representatives
