Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in retail or a related field preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong leadership abilities
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- flexibility to work various shifts
- pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- excellent customer service skills
- proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to interact effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- successful completion of a background check
Job Duties
- supervise employees and general store operations
