Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with financial responsibility
  • Proven ability to manage high volume retail operations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain vendor relationships
  • Capability to perform P&L analysis
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • Exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level
  • Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
