Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail or service industry
  • Proven ability to manage financial results and P&L statements
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to customer service
  • Experience in team staffing, interviewing, hiring and training
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
