Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail or service industry
- Proven ability to manage financial results and P&L statements
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Commitment to customer service
- Experience in team staffing, interviewing, hiring and training
- Proficiency in managing vendor relationships
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
