Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with financial responsibility
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and team management skills
- commitment to integrity and accountability at the managerial level
- proficiency in P&L analysis and inventory management
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or related service industry
- previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of high-volume retail facilities
- generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans
- drive sales to achieve profit objectives
- manage and develop retail teams including staffing, interviewing, hiring and training
- maintain effective vendor relationships
- ensure customer expectations and satisfaction are met
- track inventory and perform P&L analysis
