Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with financial responsibility
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and team management skills
  • commitment to integrity and accountability at the managerial level
  • proficiency in P&L analysis and inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or related service industry
  • previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • strong team leadership skills
  • ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of high-volume retail facilities
  • generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans
  • drive sales to achieve profit objectives
  • manage and develop retail teams including staffing, interviewing, hiring and training
  • maintain effective vendor relationships
  • ensure customer expectations and satisfaction are met
  • track inventory and perform P&L analysis
