Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry
  • Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • Availability to work nights, days, weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with financial responsibility
  • Previous management experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level
  • Excellent team leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
