Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry
  • proficiency with managing profit and loss in a high volume retail environment
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction
  • ability to manage and develop teams effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • previous management proficiency in high volume retail with profit and loss accountability
  • ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • excellent team leadership skills
  • integrity and accountability at the managerial level
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
