Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry
- proficiency with managing profit and loss in a high volume retail environment
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction
- ability to manage and develop teams effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- previous management proficiency in high volume retail with profit and loss accountability
- ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- excellent team leadership skills
- integrity and accountability at the managerial level
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
