Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry
  • Experience with P&L responsibility in a high volume retail environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to upholding company values and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • Excellent team leadership skills
  • Integrity and accountability at the managerial level
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
