Job Requirements
- holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- up to four years of related experience
- must be a US citizen
- fluent in English
- prior military experience or relevant knowledge
- experience working in military service programs, marketing, sales, recruiting, education, or networking-intensive work
- proficiency with Excel, MS Teams, MS Office Suite
- ability to travel locally up to 25%
- ability to utilize agency systems and technology
- must adhere to company travel policy
- experience coordinating domestic and international travel

Job Duties
- work on projects supporting government contracts
- assist project/program manager with contract deliverables and monthly reports
- monitor project tasks, configuration actions, and risks
- assist field consultants and region leads with program management
- schedule and arrange travel and logistics for staff
- maintain field consultant status and scheduling
- manage travel budget, program financials, and invoicing
- coordinate business-related travel for staff
- process travel authorizations and visa requests
- maintain travel and purchasing accounts
- ensure compliance with travel and expense policies
